Wholesale Terms and Information

Do you own a store and want to add handcrafted folk art paintings and signs to your store? If so you've have come to the right place. All of my work is handmade by my family right here in the USA on our Pennsylvania farm. All you need to do is provide the required information and we will get you started!

 
We gladly offer wholesale to our business customers. Please keep in mind that we want to provide you with the best possible opportunity to sell our work so we try limit it to one particular store in any area. For example, if you sell our Quilted Alphabet in your store, we will not sell it at another store close by. We also promote your business so that our retail customers know where they can view our work and make a purchase beyond our shows or website. Wholesale clients are required to have a business resale license, Tax ID certificate or Tax Exemption Certificate. Please include that number when registering for wholesale opportunities. We will need to have a copy on file when you order. Copies can be emailed to lauriesherrell@hotmail.com or mailed also.

Our wholesale opening minimum is $200. Reorder minimum is $50. You may order as few or as many of any particular item you desire. We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Once your order is ready, we will calculate your total with the appropriate shipping and handling charges and send you an e-mail or a phone call with your total. We will cannot ship orders until payment is made. We accept MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX and money orders. My work takes time to create so please allow one to two weeks for your items to be completed for shipping. Payment will be taken on the day of shipment unless there is a custom order. All custom orders are paid in full before the item is created.

Our items are handmade and not mass produced, I design the items and paint them, then they are also printed right here on the farm, and my husband Kevin handcuts and makes all the plaques so you will see variances in every one. Variances may include slight differences in one print to the next as well as frame finish and wood variety. Our work is unique in design as well as craftsmenship and my signature is on each piece. We strive towards a high quality product for all of our customers while retaining the charm of a handmade design. If for any reason you are not happy with an order, please contact us immediately and we will try and resolve the issue. We do not sell any item that is a second or inferior product to our retail customers at shows nor would we do that to our wholesale clients. However I cannot be liable for uninsured damaged packages once they have shipped. If you receive damaged products you will need to save ALL the packaging and file a claim through the appropriate shipper.
