Returns & Damaged Merchandise

We make every effort to package your item so that it arrives in safely. All our frames and designs are handcrafted and therefore certain characteristics of our product will have a handcrafted appearance which is desirable. If you are unhappy with any design purchased from me, or if you received artwork that was damaged, please return it to me and a replacement or store credit will be given. Please note that only store credit will be issued on any returns, no matter what the circumstance is. Shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed. All returns or damaged items must be returned within 5 days of shipment date! Thanks again for your order!
